Hotel/Resort Sales Manager

Philadelphia - Lancaster – Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid)

 

ISC’s team of Hospitality Recruiters has been retained by a national, award-winning and highly ranked property management company to partner on a Sales Manager opportunity at a ski resort near Philadelphia (Lancaster, Harrisburg areas). Our client is known for their vast contributions to the community, as they own and manage commercial buildings, residential apartment communities, luxury hotels, and conference centers.

 

This is a fantastic position for a sharp, experienced hotel/resort sales professional. The Sales Manager will have the opportunity to make a key impact on new business development, building relationships across the corporation, and continuously exceeding sales goals. This thriving property owner/manager places high value on their team’s career growth and development and regards the Sales Manager as a major contributor to the team

 

Sales Manager Responsibilities- The duties for the role are as follows:

·        Actively engage in targeted market trade shows and networking events

·        Proactively identify/qualify new business prospects

·        Collaborate with internal departments on prepared planning documents, such as Banquet Event Orders and Group resumes

·        Partner with accounting team on the required billing/payment processes

·        Flexibility to work remotely/travel to meet with potential clients/provide on-site support as directed by leadership

·        Organize/lead site inspections and off-site presentations for prospective clients

 

Sales Manager Requirements- To qualify, you should have the following:

·        Minimum 1 year of proven track record in hospitality/F&B sales

·        Associate’s degree or higher preferred

·        Proficient understanding of Hotel/Resort/Banquet/Room Sales

·        Hands-on experience with Delphi, Salesforce, Word, and Excel

·        Excellent communication skills – written and verbal, as well as superior analytical skills

·        Ability to thrive in demanding, fast-paced environments while prioritizing guest satisfaction and maintaining polished presentation

·        Professionalism/leadership/organizational skills a must
