We are delighted to now be assisting an excellent group of stylish hotels located across the UK. One of their most luxurious properties, an award-winning hotel based in Bath, is looking for a creative Head Pastry Chef to lead their passionate pastry team.

Responsibilities as the Head Pastry Chef…

• Creating a variety of afternoon tea treats, breads and desserts
• Letting your creative juices flow as you create new recipes to wow guests
• Leading, managing and motivating the pastry team
• Encouraging excellence by providing outstanding training and passing on your pastry knowledge and expertise
• Collaborating with the Executive Chef to coordinate rota management, food ordering and food safety management

Working closely alongside their talented Executive Chef, you will be creating a variety of indulgent desserts, beautiful breads and afternoon tea treats to be served in their award-winning restaurant and casual dining space.
