Key Responsibilities
Oversee all kitchen operations including breakfast, à la carte service, room service, and banqueting.
Develop innovative, cost-effective menus aligned to hotel standards.
Maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Manage stock control, supplier relationships, and cost targets.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of kitchen staff.
Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
Culinary Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5–8 years' experience in a professional kitchen environment.
At least 2–3 years’ experience in a senior or supervisory role (Sous Chef or higher).
Experience in hotel kitchens preferred.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of menu planning, cost control, and kitchen operations.
Food Safety/HACCP certification essential.
