Scope of Position
The primary focus of the Server Assistant is to assist the Food Server in providing prompt, courteous, and efficient food, and beverage service to the guests. He/she will be responsible for preparing service stations, and buffet stations, assisting in the service to the guests, clearing and resetting tables, and cleaning and closing service stations. The Server Assistant will possess a desire to attain the highest levels of quality and cleanliness in all areas of the Food and Beverage Operations.
