GY Stewarding Supervisor

Shift: Overnight / Graveyard

Job Summary:
The Graveyard Stewarding Supervisor oversees all stewarding operations during the overnight shift, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and readiness of kitchen and back-of-house areas. This role leads the stewarding team and supports overnight food & beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assign stewarding staff during the graveyard shift
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of kitchens and back-of-house areas
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance issues
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory and complete shift reports
• Prepare facilities for morning operations

Qualifications:

• Previous stewarding experience required; supervisory experience preferred
• Active Food Handler Permit
• Preferably, previous experience in food handling
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
• Effective communication skills and teamwork
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy equipment
