Position Summary:

Hotel Parian is a boutique hotel with 19 thoughtfully designed rooms located in the heart of Colonia Roma. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of our property, offering warm welcomes, personalized service, and seamless support throughout the guest journey. This role requires a high level of hospitality, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences in a refined, artistic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and throughout their stay.
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using the hotel’s PMS (Property Management System).
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, Pasaje Parian, and the surrounding Roma neighborhood.
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with grace, discretion, and promptness.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Maintain the front desk area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Anticipate guest needs and personalize interactions based on preferences and context.
  • Assist with concierge services: bookings, reservations, and local recommendations.
  • Promote hotel services such as spa treatments, private tours, and breakfast options.
  • Adhere to safety, security, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in front desk, guest services, or hospitality (1 year preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel software is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of Colonia Roma and CDMX's cultural offerings is highly valued.
