Guest Service Representative

This position is responsible for greeting and receiving hotel guests, processing front desk, check-in/check-out functions, providing general customer services duties for all guests with an emphasis on the ensuring the exceptional begin to end hotel stay experience for guests. The incumbent provides guest relations activities, responding to guests' requests for housekeeping, general hotel and local tourist information, hotel services and in-room service requests, addresses, assists and adjusts any reservation and billing questions and concerns and overall ensures the guests receive the best and superior customer service available. The incumbent is expected to ensure superior hotel standards are maintained, policies and processes are followed.
