Job Description:

Supervise all aspects of guest service delivery for the entire hotel. Provide a high level of service to guests and assist in administrative support for the hotel in accordance with hotel standards. Handle guest issues and concerns to ensure resolution to the satisfaction of the guest and company.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the hospitality industry required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Must be highly organized, computer proficient and possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Must be able to work any day and shift.

Compensation& Benefits:
$69,000-76,000, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant’s skills, experience and/or education.
