We have a seasonal employment opportunity at Hôtel & Spa Le Germain Charlevoix, from May to September 2025.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Help with check-in and check-out.
- Assist agents in complex situations.
- Help with the tasks of a customer service agent (greet guests, provide information on hotel services, schedules, available amenities, etc.).
- Collaborate with other departments.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience in the hospitality industry, an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Natural customer service orientation with a positive attitude
