Activities :

  • Provide outstanding customer service for all of our hotel guests
  • Effectively and Efficiently Check In/Out all of Hotel Guests
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and electronic
  • Ability to accurately inform guests of hotel facilities and events currently happening in London
  • Fundamental understanding of Opera POS system
  • Accurately posts all transactions that occur during shift and complete required paperwork
  • Establishes and maintains rapport with guests for their entire stay.
  • Gives guests directions to elevators, promotes hotel facilities and answers any questions.
  • Acts as Concierge by providing maps, directions and information as needed such as local restaurants, entertainment and attractions.
  • Works to obtain the best occupancy and average daily rate by assessing the guest’s needs.
  • Interacts politely and professionally with all guests, suppliers, delivery people, and all other hotel employees.
  • Communicates with all departments within the hotel to ensure operations are running smoothly

 

COMPETENCIES WE ARE SEEKING:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Englis
  • must be trained in doing Night Audit duties
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administration skills
  • Proficient or familiar with computerized systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of guest service and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
  • Present a high degree of professional work ethic and image
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Availability to work day, evening and night shifts any day of the week including weekends and holidays
