Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and organize all kitchenware, equipment, and work areas to high standards.

  • Follow WHMIS guidelines for safe and proper use of cleaning supplies.

  • Complete daily cleaning tasks and maintain overall kitchen sanitation.

  • Operate and clean all job-related equipment safely.

  • Assist with food and chemical deliveries; store and rotate stock properly.

  • Support the Chef and team with additional tasks as needed.

  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with kitchen and F&B staff.

  • Take initiative in keeping the kitchen spotless and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, physical environment
  • Knowledge of sanitation and food safety (WHMIS knowledge an asset)
  • Team player with clear, respectful communication
