Clean and organize all kitchenware, equipment, and work areas to high standards.
Follow WHMIS guidelines for safe and proper use of cleaning supplies.
Complete daily cleaning tasks and maintain overall kitchen sanitation.
Operate and clean all job-related equipment safely.
Assist with food and chemical deliveries; store and rotate stock properly.
Support the Chef and team with additional tasks as needed.
Communicate effectively and respectfully with kitchen and F&B staff.
Take initiative in keeping the kitchen spotless and well-maintained.
