The Prince George Hotel is committed to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Guest Services Agent, you will play a role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed, valued, and cared for from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous, efficient, and accurate guest services across all front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and inquiries.
  • Develop expertise in various guest service areas such as switchboard operations, lobby services, night audit, and security procedures.
  • Maximized revenue through active up-selling while maintaining guest satisfaction and adhering to credit standards.
  • Ensure a hospitable and secure environment by handling guest concerns, responding to incidents, and liaising with security personnel when needed.
  • Maintained knowledge of hotel services and amenities, promoting offerings to enhance the guest experience.
  • Follow all safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and company policies. Assist with additional tasks assigned by the Guest Services Supervisor or management team.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service or hospitality experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
