FT and PT Shuttle Driver

The Doubletree by Hilton Colorado Springs is hiring a FT and PT Shuttle Driver. Our shuttle drivers will safely and efficiently transport passengers between designated locations from the hotel. Key responsibilities include picking up and dropping off passengers, assisting with luggage if needed, and ensuring a comfortable and safe environment within the vehicle. 

• Driving shuttle vehicles (vans, buses, etc.) to pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations. 
• Following a planned route and time schedule ensures timely and efficient transportation. 
• Assisting passengers with loading and unloading luggage, answering questions, and providing a positive customer experience. 
• Inspecting and maintaining the vehicle's condition and reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel. 
• Ensuring the vehicle is safe and well-maintained, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations, and ensuring passengers follow safety guidelines. 
• Communicating with passengers, dispatchers, and other drivers via radio, phone, or other means. 

• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Customer service experience.
