We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join the pre-opening team of a brand-new five-star boutique hotel in Zanzibar. With a soft opening scheduled for November/December 2025 and a full luxury launch in early 2026, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a world-class hospitality experience from the ground up.

Package:

• US$3,000 net per month
• Accommodation provided (singles only)
• Two-year contract
• Additional benefits to be discussed

The Hotel & Outlets:
50 luxury keys
Multi-outlet dining & beverage offering including:
o Fine dining restaurant (108 covers)
o Rooftop restaurant
o Lounge bar and cocktail bar
o Lobby and in-room dining service
o Kitchenette for mise en place

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full Food & Beverage operation across multiple outlets
• Deliver and maintain world-class restaurant service standards in line with five-star expectations
• Lead, train, and motivate a multicultural front-of-house team to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure smooth coordination of beverage programs, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to curate food and wine pairings and integrated menu concepts
• Implement and monitor service procedures, guest satisfaction systems, and revenue growth strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager in five-star hotels, luxury lodges, or high-end boutique properties
• Previous Pre-opening experience is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails with the ability to guide pairings and beverage service standards
• Experience in multi-outlet operations, including fine dining, bars, and in-room dining services
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on management style
• Exceptional guest service orientation and the ability to deliver personalized luxury experiences
