The Food & Beverage/Kitchen Manager will be responsible for all members of the culinary team, scheduling back-of-the-house staff, ordering, managing food inventory, training, and developing the culinary team. 


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Scheduling Food & Beverage staff
  • Cooking and prep work
  • Maintaining Departmental Payroll
  • Working with the sales team regarding banquet events
  • Monthly inventories
  • Achieving monthly /yearly budgeted goals.

  • At least 2 years of food & beverage management experience
  • Front and back of the house experience
