Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present food following recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate kitchen equipment and ensure food safety compliance.
  • Maintain a clean workstation and follow food rotation (FIFO) procedures.
  • Supervise and support kitchen staff, assisting in training and workflow.
  • Minimize waste, manage inventory, and contribute to menu development.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in various kitchen departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in industry as a 1st Cook or similar role.
  • Strong food preparation, safety, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with excellent organizational skills
