We are seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Operation Manager to join our team in Miri, Malaysia. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maximizing profitability and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance F&B operations across multiple venues
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage services that meet or exceed guest expectations
- Manage and optimize inventory, costs, and labor to maximize profitability while maintaining service standards
- Collaborate with culinary teams to develop innovative menus and promotional offerings
- Oversee staff training and development programs to maintain service excellence
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement
- Implement and maintain quality control measures across all F&B outlets
- Respond to and resolve guest feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner
