Job Duties
Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Responsible for managing the department’s daily functions, which include but are not limited to coordinating routine and special in-house maintenance, tracking service requests, assisting with scheduling, maintaining records and reports, and supporting capital improvement projects. Acts as a key liaison between the Engineering team and other departments to facilitate clear communication and timely project execution.
Minimum Requirements
1-2 years of related experience. BirchStreet, HotSoS, Opera and Saflok experience highly preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
