Job Summary: The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving
sales and managing relationships with key clients within the hospitality
industry. The hands-on role
involves developing and executing sales strategies, driving spend from hotels through approved
suppliers and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will
work closely with various departments to achieve sales targets and contribute
to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop
and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and
objectives.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotel GM’s, Hotel owners,
franchise and operations teams.
- Identify
new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Monitor
market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and
threats.
- Prepare
and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior
management.
- Collaborate
with marketing, procurement, and other departments to ensure alignment of
sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Negotiate
contracts and agreements within
a set framework with clients to maximize profitability.
- Ensure
customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues
promptly.
- Participate
in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the
company and its services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum
of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the
hospitality or procurement industry such as hospitality GPO’s
- Proven
track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong
negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability
to travel as needed
across Europe with a focus on France

- Experience
working with global procurement organizations (GPOs)
- Multilingual
capabilities, with
fluency in English and French.
