Duty Manager

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service across all departments.

• Manage daily operations and supervise staff to ensure smooth service delivery

• Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
  <\/p><\/li>

• Ensure adherence to all operational policies, procedures, and quality standards
  <\/p><\/li>

• Support and mentor team members, providing guidance and training as required
  <\/p><\/li>

• Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless communication and efficiency
  <\/p><\/li>

• Monitor and report on performance metrics, staff productivity, and guest satisfaction
  <\/p><\/li>

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  <\/p><\/li>

• Assist with reservations, events, and special functions as required
  <\/p><\/li>

• Perform shift handovers and maintain accurate operational records
  <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

  Requirements:<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Previous experience in a managerial role within a luxury hospitality environment
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem\-solving skills
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Professional appearance and guest\-oriented approach
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Reliable transport to and from work
    <\/p><\/li> <\/ul>

    Package Details:<\/b>

    • 3% Provident Fund contribution
