Dock Attendant

The Dock Attendant is responsible for cleaning charter boats, assisting guests with bait and fuel, various yard maintenance duties, and assisting guests with other various needs.

Duties/Tasks:

• Greet boaters and tourists.

• Assists guests with boating needs, docking, and recreational activities and responds effectively to guest needs.

• Sells Bait and Gas to resort guests.

• Accurately performs daily cash handling responsibilities and reporting for revenue transactions in accordance with company policies.

• Maintains cleanliness, safety, and security of the docks and charter boats

• Safely handles gas and oil, properly mixes gas and oil, refuels gas tanks, and ensures adequate supplies of fuel and oil are on hand.

• Communicates effectively with colleagues, and other resort staff regarding activities, reservations, marina needs, problems, and customer satisfaction issues.

• Monitors and maintains inventory and adequate supplies for the marina.

• Assist with daily yard clean up and mowing of entire resort grounds including campground
