Independent Judgment Used:
Only within the guidelines established by management and to the extent of operating within DKN Hotels’ policies and procedures.
Working Conditions/Environment:
Dishwashing area, kitchen, restaurant, bar area and restrooms. Use of commercial dishwashing equipment and cleaning agents. Access to entire exterior and interior of property.
Knowledge/Education/Experience:
Restaurant dishwashing experience preferred.
Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements:
Ability to communicate in English with guests, management and fellow team members to their understanding desirable. Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments. Dependable.
Physical Requirements:
Standing for long periods of time; frequently walking. Repetitive bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling. Reaching above, at and below shoulder level. Lifting and carrying unassisted up to 30 lbs.
Exposure to cleaning agents.
