* A Sales Leader who can achieve budgeted goals on a monthly and annual basis* Be a mentor for fellow team members at the property level* You will be directly responsible for achieving monthly RevPar growth within your comp set* You will be directly responsible for all outside sales calls and managing a quota of telemarketing, maintenance calls, and site tours* The Right Candidate will lead us in each segment of the industry including corporate, leisure, and government* You will be asked to facilitate weekly sales meetings with Executive Team and monthly meetings with Corporate Staff* You will be the liaison between the hotel and the brand* Plan and execute business plan to enhance ADR, Occupancy, and RevPar* Understand and offer suggestions in areas of rate strategy and yield management. Always monitor forecast to capture peak days, build "shoulder days" within week.* You will facilitate training to team members at the hotel so that everyone is our "Revenue Champion"
