What You’ll Do
Leading a team as they complete various projects
Ability to update and direct work schedules efficiently
Participate in the development of preventive maintenance programs and preparing cost estimates for repair services
Ensure systems meet standards for security, compliance, and operational excellence.
Foster a culture of continuous growth, learning, accountability, and high performance.
Guide career development paths and support succession planning for key technical roles.
Lead or participate in hiring for all engineering positions.
Qualifications
Have 5+ years of leadership experience in facilities maintenance (preferably in a hotel)
Strong technical knowledge and experience with a variety of machines, tools and equipment
