Digital/Paid Media Marketing Specialist:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing / Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with a passion for digital performance, data-driven decision-making, and high-converting campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, execution, optimisation, and reporting of paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
You will work closely with the broader marketing and brand teams to ensure cohesive messaging, audience alignment, and return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage full funnel paid media strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, tailored to specific campaign goals and audience segments
- Develop and implement retargeting strategies to capture and convert warm audiences across channels
- Conduct keyword and audience research, media buying, A/B testing, and ongoing optimisation to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with content, creative, and web teams to ensure alignment between ads, landing pages, and user journeys
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, reporting on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Stay up to date with platform updates, digital trends, and emerging tools to continuously improve campaign performance and competitiveness
- Ensure proper tracking setup through Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, UTM parameters, and other relevant tools
- Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively to maximise ROI across platforms
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid media/digital advertising
- Proven track record of managing high-performing ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, custom audiences, and retargeting techniques
- Proficiency in ad platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4), and reporting dashboards
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve performance
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns a plus
