Dairy Supply Chain Planning Analyst
Location –
This
role is eligible to be performed remotely, however, if you reside within 100
miles of Organic Valley offices in WI, you will be expected to collaborate
onsite in a hybrid fashion for 4-8 days per month. If you reside outside of 100 miles, you will
travel in 4 times/year for intentional collaboration and connection.

Summary of Role
The Dairy Supply Chain Planning Analyst is responsible for maintaining
accurate data in ERP and/or planning systems, developing and executing an
operational production plan for assigned plants/warehouses/customers to support
the cooperative’s tactical business plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for analyzing forecast plan, managing inventory levels and adhering to production requirements to develop and execute an operational production plan
- Lead internal and external partners through identifying, prioritizing and solving the complex supply chain network using analytical skills and business priorities
- Serve as lead contact for external partners
- Collaborate and actively maintain relationships with external partners
- Work collaboratively with internal partners to achieve the supply chain goals
- Responsible for a defined area of the overall supply chain utilization guided by the tactical business plan
- Complete timely and accurate transactional activity within the ERP
system, and other systems as needed
- Ensure system data accurately reflects current and future business capabilities
- Deliver required communication for allocation planning
- Ensure accurate data by completing timely reconciliation of inventories and analysis of production yields
- Assist in billing of quality assurance failures and plant losses
- Provide long-term production forecasts to contacts, internal
and/or external
- Analyze data from various reports and systems
- Manage and maintain master data to support business systems
- Manage process documentation for duties and responsibilities
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Frequently review processes for continuous improvements
- Manage a diverse workload, frequent interruptions and multiple
internal and external requests to meet required timelines
- Facilitate meetings, take notes and distribute as required
- Provide back-up to others within department
- Serve as night and weekend contact for internal and external
partners
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Associate degree in Business, Ag Business, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- 2 years of related Supply Chain work experience required
- Experience with Supply Chain and/or Enterprise Resource Planning Systems preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Strong Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong critical thinking, strategic problem solving and analytical skills required
- Dairy background preferred, but not required
- Capacity to work both independently and in team settings
- Strong ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to adapt to change in a positive manner to meet department
goals
Base salary range: $57,824.00 per year - $74,713.60 per year
This salary range
is exclusive of fringe benefits. The compensation package may also include
incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses. If
you are hired at CROPP, your final base salary compensation will be determined
based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or
experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and
consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final
offer. Please keep in mind that entry-level candidates to this role should
expect to be at the lower end of the salary range and hiring at the maximum of the salary range
is not typical.
