Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service Manager to join a luxury wine estate based in Franschhoek.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken)

  • Proven experience in a customer service management role

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

  • High level of organisation and attention to detail

  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays

  • Computer literate with proficiency in relevant software

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing all customer service operations

  • Leading and developing the customer service team

  • Ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times

  • Handling complex customer enquiries and complaints

  • Collaborating with other departments to improve the overall guest experience

  • Monitoring customer feedback and implementing improvements

  • Preparing reports and managing administrative tasks related to customer service
