Customer Service Manager – Luxury Wine Estate (Franschhoek)
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service Manager to join a luxury wine estate based in Franschhoek.
Key Requirements:
Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken)
Proven experience in a customer service management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Reliable, proactive, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
Computer literate with proficiency in relevant software
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and managing all customer service operations
Leading and developing the customer service team
Ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained at all times
Handling complex customer enquiries and complaints
Collaborating with other departments to improve the overall guest experience
Monitoring customer feedback and implementing improvements
Preparing reports and managing administrative tasks related to customer service
