Job Advert Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Sales Executive to represent our full hotel portfolio, with a primary focus on acquiring and managing business from Corporate Companies, Travel Management Companies (TMCs), and Professional Conference Organizers (PCOs). This individual will play a critical role in building long-term relationships, maximizing room night production, and securing Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) business.



Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate or MICE sales within the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Solid understanding of corporate travel programs, TMC processes, and MICE planning cycles.
  • Experience in contracting, RFP responses, and building strong B2B relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and hotel PMS platforms; Opera PMS experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building corporate pipelines.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with an ability to engage at all levels.
  • High level of professionalism and presentation in client-facing interactions.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and ability to work independently.
