Summary:
As a Cook, you'll prepare meals that meet high standards of taste and presentation, helping us wow our guests and drive food revenue. You'll keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and ensure every plate leaves the kitchen with pride.

What You'll Do:

Prepare food in accordance with established portion and quality standards or server requests within policy

Ensure consistency and quality in taste, appearance, and presentation

Control food usage and help minimize waste

Complete daily prep and assist in setting up for the next day's operations

Maintain kitchen sanitation and cleanliness that meets or exceeds state and local health department standards

Report any malfunctioning or unsafe equipment to your supervisor promptly

Assist in receiving deliveries and maintaining inventory as needed

Jump in on dishwashing or other kitchen tasks when necessary — we're all team players here

Collaborate with the culinary team to keep service running smoothly and support a positive kitchen environment

Has experience in a professional kitchen (line or prep cook preferred)

Pays attention to detail and takes pride in the food they serve

Can keep pace in a busy, team-oriented kitchen

Communicates well and shows up ready to work with a positive attitude

Can work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
