Independent Judgment Used:
Only within the guidelines established by management and to the extent of operating within DKN Hotels’ policies and procedures.
Working Conditions/Environment:
Kitchen including commercial restaurant equipment for cooking, refrigeration and dishwashing, and cleaning agents. Access to entire exterior and interior of property.
Knowledge/Education/Experience:
Minimum one (1) year experience.
Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements:
Ability to communicate in English with guests, management and fellow team members to their understanding. Ability to provide legible written communications. Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. Ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments. Dependable.
Physical Requirements:
Standing for long periods of time, frequently walking. Repetitive bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying and twisting. Reaching above, at and below shoulder level. Lifting unassisted up to 30 lbs. of bulk goods. Exposure to cleaning agents.
