Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and production of food to meet the standards set by the Chef
Monitor food portioning, minimize waste, and report any concerns
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas
Uphold health and safety standards and food storage procedures
Support breakfast, banquet, and restaurant service as scheduled
Participate in other kitchen functions as directed by senior culinary staff
Ensure professional appearance and behavior at all times
Follow emergency response procedures and report safety concerns
Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Chef or Sous Chef
What We’re Looking For:
A strong team player with a passion for food
Previous kitchen experience is an asset but not required
Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow in a supportive environment
Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
A commitment to cleanliness, quality, and safety
