The Executive Lounge Server will administer professional, personalized service for each guest from the time of first contact.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in VIP Lounge, communicating hotel amenities as well as local attractions and directions.
- Fulfill opening and closing shift duties.
- Support Spa Manager with necessary communication.
- Other duties assigned by the Leader.
Education and Experience
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of experince of providing excellence guest service.
