Key Responsibilities:
Provide courteous, efficient, and accurate guest service that exceeds expectations
Assist with all lobby services, including greeting, luggage handling, valet parking, and guest rooming
Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide helpful recommendations
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members through logbooks and email
Respond to guest concerns with confidence, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
Support other areas of guest service,s such as switchboard, front desk, night audit, and security when needed
Follow all emergency procedures and report safety issues or incidents promptly
Take initiative to promote upselling opportunities and enhance the guest experience
What You Bring:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-first mindset
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in hotels or guest services is an asset
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract required
Ability to lift luggage and assist with valet parking
