Supervise and coach staff/volunteers responsible for executing event day operations. Uphold and enforce customer service and safety standards through pre-shift, training, observation, and follow-up.
Maintain positive client and customer relations.
Deliver excellent food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction.
Ensure concession stands are properly set-up for game/event day, including cleanliness, adequate product levels and equipment is in working order.
Respond to customer complaints in an efficient and positive manner.
Maintain labor and operating supplies cost while working withing budgeted guidelines.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and Proof of the Puddings’ policies regarding food safety and alcohol service.
Ensure team members and volunteers are performing at high levels with regards to customer service, safety, and operational procedures.
Complete team member schedules in a timely manner.
Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the high volume foodservice industry, preferably in concessions environment for a sports and entertainment venue.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
Demonstrate leadership in managing team members and major projects or initiatives.
Customer service oriented with the ability to communicate with team members, vendors, client representatives and guests in a positive and professional manner.
Must be flexible to work extend hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs.
Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift, while navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators.
Follow and encourage team to follow all safety policies and procedures, including but not limited to looking for and reporting any unsafe work conditions, and complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
