Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Manage all aspects of community outreach programs, including donation requests, sponsorships, charitable giving, and volunteer initiatives.
- Plan, organize, and execute community events, public appearances, and special initiatives that align with the company’s mission and values.
- Serve as the primary liaison with nonprofit organizations, schools, local officials, and other community stakeholders.
- Maintain a calendar of community engagements, including volunteer days, donation drives, and partnership activities.
- Coordinate and respond to incoming community and media inquiries with professionalism and consistency.
- Support internal and external communications, including newsletters, community reports, and talking points for leadership.
- Assist in planning press events, ribbon cuttings, and other public-facing engagements.
- Represent the company at public events, government meetings, and networking functions.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach efforts, including budgets, impact reports, and partner documentation.
- Collaborate with media and PR agencies as needed to support positive press coverage and community storytelling.
- Create and maintain a library of photos, videos, and media coverage for documentation and promotional use.
- Provide insights and recommendations on community trends and opportunities for engagement.
- Ensure that all outreach and public relations efforts reflect the brand voice and uphold corporate standards.

- Proven experience in community relations, public affairs, or nonprofit partnership management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions with confidence.
- Comfort with public speaking and representing the organization at external engagements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); design or content management software a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events and initiatives.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, occasionally noisy environment that may include exposure to smoke.
