Cluster General Manager - Qwabi Private Game Reserve

The Cluster General Manager leads and drives the overall performance of Qwabi Private Game Reserve, overseeing two luxury lodges, Letamo and Babohi, under a unified cluster framework.

This role balances commercial leadership with hands-on operational involvement, ensuring profitability, guest experience, and brand excellence are delivered consistently across both properties.

The Cluster GM is accountable for asset management, revenue growth, operational standards, team performance, and brand integrity, while embodying a culture of discipline, innovation, and excellence.

• Minimum 10 years’ hospitality management experience, with at least 5 in a senior GM or cluster-level role.
• Proven track record in 4–5 star luxury hotels and resorts.
• Demonstrated strength in financial management, operations, and people leadership.
• Deep understanding of South African hospitality regulations, labour law, and safety compliance.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with a strong operational backbone.
• High attention to detail.
