The Onyx Apartment Hotel is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing all aspects of the Front Office operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality excellence.



Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of Front Office supervisory or assistant management experience in a hotel environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Opera Property Management System (PMS) — essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest challenges with professionalism and poise.
  • High level of attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
