What You'll Do:

 

  • Help create and bring to life programming for The Members.
  • Complete administrative work for the club, including onboarding members, CRM audits, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Support the Marketing efforts with Director and Marketing Team.
  • Support The Club Membership Director with sales and retention efforts for The Chase.
  • Create Monthly and Quarterly Program Calendar for Members
  • Create and administration of club flyers and member communication.
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for Members and colleagues.
  • Support the needs of the club with the Membership Director to ensure the club continues to be successful and focused on the Member needs.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience (preferred).
  • Passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest service.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
  • Ability to think on your feet and work calmly under pressure.
  • A passion for customer service and excellent customer services skills.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow your skills.
  • Ability to use the CRM to process bills and take payments.
  • Ability to lift/carry 30+ pounds.

 

When You’re Here:

Be prepared to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

This position will require standing and moving for 60% of the time sometimes in varying temperatures.
