Our client is looking for a chef de partie for their hotel Near Edgware. The property is high profile and prestigious, serving the best quality cuisine with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal and local produce. The hotel has 30+ bedrooms, restaurant and wedding and conference suites.
The successful Chef de Partie will work alongside the Head Chef and Sous to assist with and ensure the successful execution of the day to day business and catering needs of their section. The key tasks will be to ensure food quality, monitoring orders and stock levels and helping the team with food preparation to ensure all mis-en-place is completed on time. We are looking for somebody that can handle working in a pressurised and fast based kitchen environment.
