The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes. This role supports the daily kitchen operations and contributes to maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and teamwork.

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in similar kitchen roles within hotels, resorts, or restaurants preferred.
Cold kitchen and Gardemanger experience is preferred
Culinary qualification from an accredited institution
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, plating, and kitchen operations.
Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
