Outcomes
• Arrange food and beverage items such as glassware, dishes and trays.
• Maintain kitchen and serving areas
• Prepare and serve high quality, nutritious continental breakfast according to recipes and personal judgements.
• Set tables with clean linens, condiments, and other items according to the standards.
• Clean the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment, empty the trash, sweep up all dirt and mop up spills.
