Job Description:

1. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships, particularly in hospitality and travel sectors.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners such as travel agents, hotel partners, and key stakeholders.

3. Develop and implement business development strategies to boost sales and brand visibility.

4. Analyze market trends, client needs, and industry competition to direct strategic planning.

5. Prepare business proposals, conduct presentations, and lead partnership negotiations.

6. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, reservations) to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.

7. Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.

8. Conduct business visits and meetings with partners or prospective clients when needed.

9. Be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding the company’s business network.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.

3. Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation.

4. Proven ability to develop business strategies and establish long-term partnerships.

5. Target-oriented and capable of leading a small team.

6. Wide network in hospitality, travel, or tourism sectors is a plus.

7. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Arabic is a plus).

8. Proactive, result-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.

9. Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
