Job Specifications and Requirements:

  • Flexible to work shift work including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Motivated, career-oriented individual who thrives as part of a creative culinary team.
  • Proven ability to work in high-quality, fast-paced, and demanding kitchen operation.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum 1 year of line breakfast and banquet service experience.
  • Completion of college or other program in cooking is considered an asset.
  • Production of daily soups, sauces, vegetables and restaurant specials.
  • Able to start shift at 5:00 am

This is a 3-month term position.
