Barback/Food Runner

Duties/Tasks:

1. Be in proper uniform when on duty.
2. Hours vary based on hotel business.
3. Sets tables in dining area with clean silverware, glass ware and clean linens.
4. Serves water to guests as they are seated and may assist in carrying food trays to tables.
5. Clears items off of tables after meal service.
6. Cleans tables, chairs and booths, and carries bus tubs to kitchen for dishwashing.
7. Stocks server station with supplies.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Must be able to work Weekends, F/S/S
