The Job

As our Banquet Supervisor, you will be responsible of coordinating and execute Banquet functions as directed by the Banquet Manager.

To be successful as our new Banquet Supervisor you:

• Are eager to learn and take pride in your work.
• Are reliable, have a flexible mind-set and like to smile.
• Have prior administrative experience.
• Hospitality/banquet experience required.
• Ability to obtain any government required license or certificate, Food Handler’s Permit, TIPS Certification.
• Highly professional appearance and ability to maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
• CPR certification and/or First Aid training preferred.
• Must have knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Must have knowledge of proper table settings and service ware.
• Ability to perform all banquet staff’s essential functions.
