Banquet Houseperson is responsible for physical set-up, cleanliness and maintenance of all banquet equipment and function rooms, as well as their related areas. In so doing, is expected to direct all efforts towards guest satisfaction. Reports directly to the Banquet Captain. Minimal food and beverage background required. Knowledge of various types of video and VCR equipment is a plus. Reading, writing, and basic math are necessary. Physical requirements include standing, speaking, hearing, and being able to carry between 30-50 lbs, walking, lifting, reaching overhead, pushing, pulling, bending, and able to walk stairs.
Job Duties to include, but not limited to:
