Radisson Hotel Group will implement EMMA in its
hotels, and we are looking for Experts to assist
the Hotels offering support before, during and after implementations.

Key Roles/Responsibilities
|
|
1. Gives support
on the full EMMA solution during the implementation week
|
|
2. Performs
system configuration and data migration activities
|
|
3. Manages risks
and issues, successfully and rapidly escalating them (when necessary)
following up and resolving them
|
|
4. Delivers
excellent support in a client-facing environment, such as front desk, as well
as F&B, and M&E departments as required
|
|
5. Delivers
on-the-job- support to hotel staff and management
|
|
6. Assists the
Implementation Lead in all other activities to ensure a smooth transition to
the new system
|
|
7. Assist in any
other activities on site or remotely, as required, to further develop the
processes, training etc. to improve
the rollout
and implementation of EMMA
|
8. Travels on
site as required to implement the system change on property
|
|
9. Ensures the
tasks pertaining to the implementation of EMMA are completed with efficiency
& quality
|

Job requirements and qualifications:

Minimum
education: Bachelor
degree
|
|
Minimum
experience: 2-3 years
|
|
Language
skills: English and French are mandatory. Other languages would
be a plus.
|
|

|
|
Required
to travel: 30% travel (domestic and international)
Location: Spain based, preferably Madrid.
