WHAT YOU WILL DO
Expect to be appreciated for who you are and recognized for what you do. Smiles included. As part of the Drury Hotels Operations Leadership team, with a focus on our Food & Beverage operations, including our breakfast and 5:30 Kickback, you will:
Provide expert leadership and strategic direction for all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional quality and guest satisfaction for our breakfast service and evening 5:30 Kickback.
Collaborate with other department heads to provide expert leadership across all departments of the hotel, taking a proactive lead in delivering exceptional guest service throughout the entire property.
Train, develop, and coach team members within the Food & Beverage department and across the hotel to achieve success in their roles, fostering a positive and high-performing environment.
Deliver on key business metrics of quality, service, profitability, and team engagement, with specific attention to the financial and operational success of our Food & Beverage offerings.
Role model quality assurance best practices each day with the team, particularly within the Food & Beverage areas, and consistently meet or exceed all measures related to food safety, presentation, and guest feedback.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
Passion to serve others and exceed our guests’ expectations, with a strong understanding of food and beverage service standards.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of one year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success, ideally within a hotel Food & Beverage department. Hotel experience is strongly preferred.
