Oversee the efficient operation of the hotel by supervising all operating departments in the absence of the General Manager and/or the Manager on Duty. Assist the General Manager by continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation cost control, guest satisfaction and development of associates. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities.

Education & Experience:
Must have at least one year experience as a Select Service or Extended Stay Front Office Manager.
A track record with strong Brand exposure and relationships is required.
Must employ an engaged / hands on style and conduct themselves in a manner in which they as well as their team are accountable for not only their efforts, but also the outcomes.

- A College degree or equivalent experience is desired.
