Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage operations, looking to grow their career in a fast-paced and guest-focused environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and banqueting services.

  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency.

  • Supervise, train, and motivate F&B staff to achieve performance excellence.

  • Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory control.

  • Implement and maintain hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

  • Support cost control measures and maximize revenue opportunities.

  • Assist with scheduling, payroll, and staff performance evaluations.

  • Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve service-related issues promptly.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.

  • Must have strong restaurant management experience.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and guest service abilities.

  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost control, and stock management.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • A hospitality management qualification will be advantageous.
